Before ordering our phase converter, please give us the information about your motor purpose to recommend a suitable phase converter to you. Also, please note the below points carefully.

MY-PS-20 model is best for 15HP motor.
(11KW, 45 amps)
2.
It should only be used for one motor per one DPS.
The use of multiple motors is not allowed in our DPS.
3.
The input/output voltage of our DPS is 200v~240v.
4.
Our DPS is designed to be suitable for use in motor.
5.   The efficiency is around 90~95%.
6.
The voltage of motor should be 200v~240v. If the voltage of your motor is 380v or 440v, you should change the wire of motor to 200v~240v purpose to connect with output of our DPS.
7.
The thickness of wires must be suitable for amperes.
8.
Only single phase motor brake is allowed.(Three phase motor brake is not working at our DPS)
9.
You could check three phase on the output of DPS when your motor is running. If your motor is not running, you could not check three phase from output of DPS.
10.
If your motor has magnetic starter, or electronic switch, or brake, the control wires of this device should be connected on ?U? and ?W? of output of our phase converter.
Thus, if your motor is not running well or the motor is reversing, you should turn off the power immediately and you have to switch the wires on output(U, V, W) of our phase converter. Actually, when you connect the wires from output of phase converter to your motor, you could succeed in first time, or second time, or third time.

C. Notices
1. The product shall be used only 3 phase 200V – 240V motor.
2. Use only one motor which suits the capacity range of this product.(1:1)
3. If the motor overheats, check whether the current is correct as shown on the motor nameplate.(Within 85% of rated)
4. When checking the D.P.S. voltage only, two phase voltage are output, and three phase voltage are output when the motor is running.
5. If you use a motor for a large load condition, use the D.P.S product with one rating higher.
Do not use it with higher than one rating. (This may cause motor failure)
6. Motor brake must be of single phase only.(A brake for 3 phase does not work)
7. Regarding operating cables of
electromagnetic switches, brake, magnet
, you should connect two wires to U and W positions of DPS’s output.
